The Verona Park Conservancy is hosting its bi-annual clean-up on Saturday, October 19, from 9 to 11 a.m. The rain date is October 26.

The Verona Park Conservancy is a public, non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization that is dedicated to working with the Essex County Parks Department and the public to maintain, beautify and improve Verona Park’s appearance and facilities for the enjoyment of present and future generations. It was founded in 1995 and, since 1997, it has had a partnership agreement with Essex County that allows the Conservancy to propose, assist and, in some cases, implement its own projects for the betterment of the park.
