The Verona Police Department has sent out a Nixle alert that Grove Avenue will be closed between Sampson Drive and Durrell Street this morning–Monday, September 16–in both directions beginning at 9 a.m. for approximately four hours. The VPD says a tree is being taken down along that stretch of roadway.
Fairview and Pompton avenues are going to be your north-south alternates.
