Jacob Daniel Schroeder, age 39, passed away on September 5, 2019 surrounded by close family after a life fraught with the medical issues associated with cerebral palsy.
A beloved son, brother and uncle, he passed away a few months shy of his 40th birthday. Jake was the youngest of the four children of James and Doris Schroeder (nee Quinn), only minutes behind his twin brother, Joshua.
Everyone close to Jacob and his family loved him. Jake was always happy. He loved having people around him.
Jacob is survived by his mother, Doris and father, James; his sister, Lisa; brother, David (Gwen); and twin brother, Joshua (Fran); nieces and nephews; as well as extended family.
Jacob will be truly missed.
For anyone who would like to pay their respects the viewing will be in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Sunday, September 8 from 2 to 6 p.m., with a service to be held at 5:30 p.m.
