The spellings in real estate listings are sometimes a bit, well, fanciful. One description a few years back announced that the house’s family room had “Wayne’s Coating” (wainscotting, a wood paneling on the lower half of a wall). But we now have a new favorite. One of the Claridge listings this weekend says that the condo property’s grounds feature a “7 cup pudding green”.
