The Verona Township Council reorganization ceremony and meeting will be held on Monday, July 1, at 5:30 p.m. in the Civic Center on the steps of Town Hall, 600 Bloomfield Avenue. In the event of rain the ceremony will be moved to the ballroom in the Verona Community Center, located at 880 Bloomfield Avenue.
Alex Roman and Christine McGrath will be sworn in as council members. A new mayor and deputy mayor will also be selected.
The public is invited to attend.
