This year is the 100th year of Laning Avenue School, and it’s celebrating with monthly “pop-up” events. The first assembly took place on the 100th day of the school year last month, when the Laning Lion made its debut appearance for a surprise dance party. Last week, students wore their spirit wear for a special “100” photo with the Laning Lion.
