Beatles History Event At Verona Library

This Sunday, February 24, at 3 p.m. the Verona Public Library will present “The Beatles: The BEAginnings”.

How did four ordinary young men from working-class England rise to become one of the most famous bands ever known? Paul Groom, a Liverpool native who grew up in the same neighborhood and attended the same schools as the band, will provide a unique perspective. Hear the story of the Fab Four’s early years in Liverpool and Hamburg in an interactive lecture sure to be enjoyed by music and history fans alike.
