Morgan’s Farm, the historic Cedar Grove farm revived by Verona residents John and Julie Ostering, is once again teaming up with the Verona subscription flower business Blooms In Hand to hold a flower-arranging fundraiser to support the farm. The new event will be held on Thursday, September 13, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The fundraiser will be held at the farm and participants will be able to first walk through the farm’s many flower beds and harvest their own organic blooms. Morgan’s Farm is growing more than 40 different species of flowers this season, including dahlias, snapdragons, zinnias, sunflowers and many more. Anna Coy, the owner of Blooms in Hand, will then teach you how to arrange what you’ve picked.

The cost of the fundraiser is $50 per person and all proceeds go to the farm, which is planted, harvested and run by volunteers. You can buy your tickets online here.
