Mrs. Anne M. Aquila, 92, died on June 22, 2018 at home in Cedar Grove. Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona, NJ will be on Monday, June 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral mass will be offered in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
Born and raised in Woodbridge, N.J., Mrs. Aquila lived in Verona and Hunlock Creek, Pa., prior to moving to Cedar Grove in 2014. She was the consummate homemaker and was most proud of taking care of her loving family.
Mrs. Aquila was predeceased by her son, Mark Aquila and granddaughter, Amanda Oliver. She is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Anthony Aquila, Jr.; her loving children, Anthony Aquila, Anita Aquila Moran, Hope Frungillo (Alfred) and Nancy Oliver (George); and her cherished eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
