For more or less 50 years, the Claridge condo towers have dominated Verona’s skyline. On many weekends, they dominate our real estate listings too. That’s not hard because there are 274 apartments in Claridge I and 330 apartments in Claridge II.

So it is this weekend, with two of the three new listings to be found at Claridge I. Just remember that if you are interested in the Claridge condos, you’ll have to book an appointment to see them. The condomuniums’ bylaws do not allow open house showings.

46 Fairview Avenue: 6 beds, 4  full and 2 half baths. Completely rebuilt home with open floor plan. $899,000. Open house Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.
