For more or less 50 years, the Claridge condo towers have dominated Verona’s skyline. On many weekends, they dominate our real estate listings too. That’s not hard because there are 274 apartments in Claridge I and 330 apartments in Claridge II.

So it is this weekend, with two of the three new listings to be found at Claridge I. Just remember that if you are interested in the Claridge condos, you’ll have to book an appointment to see them. The condomuniums’ bylaws do not allow open house showings.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

1 Claridge Drive #621: 1 beds, 2 bath condo in full-service high-righ building. Large apartment with laundry, cedar closet. $178,900.

1 Claridge Drive #408: 2 bed, 2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Corner unit with mountain and sunset views. $375,000.

258 Claremont Avenue: 5 bed, 2 bath multifamily. Updated kitchens, baths. For sale by owner. $525,000.

208 Linden Avenue: 4 beds, 3 baths. Family room opens to backyard. $497,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 4 p.m.

46 Fairview Avenue: 6 beds, 4  full and 2 half baths. Completely rebuilt home with open floor plan. $899,000. Open house Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.
