Lots of colleges have mid-semester breaks now, and the Verona real estate market seems to be taking a break too. There are just two new listings this weekend, three open houses and two properties with lower prices.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

3 Burdett Lane: 2 bed, 4 bath attached townhouse. $470,000. Open house Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.

46 Fairview Avenue: 6 beds, 4  full and 2 half baths. Completely rebuilt home with open floor plan. $999,000. Open house Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.

PRICE CHANGES

105 Grove Avenue: 5 beds, 3 baths. 2-car detached garage, backyard cabana could be workshop. Price cut $10,900 to $489,000. 

5 Ann Street: 4 beds, 2 baths. New kitchen, new baths, refinished floors. Price cut $14,000 to $515,000.
