Real Estate: Saturday Open Houses For Mom

We don’t know if it’s because many of Verona’s real estate agents are moms, but two of this weekend’s four open houses are scheduled for today and not Mother’s Day. There are also five new listings and two properties with lower prices.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

27 Franklin Street: 3 beds, 2 baths. Split-level with finished basement. $499,900. Open house Saturday, 1 to 3 p.m.
67 Hillside Avenue: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Updated kitchen, paver patio. $515,000. Open house Saturday, 1 to 4 p.m.
