Real Estate, Large And Larger

SizeMattersIn most suburban New Jersey towns, a three-bedroom house qualifies as large. Verona is no exception to that rule, but we also have plenty of three-bedroom homes that manage to feel pretty big. 151 Park Avenue, a new listing this weekend, is one such example, and so is 254 Claremont Avenue, which is also a new listing. 10 Pease Avenue, only has two bedrooms, but the entire downstairs could be an in-law suite.

If you really do need something larger, Verona has several of those kind of homes this weekend, too. Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

NEW LISTINGS
1 Claridge Drive #121: 1 bed, 2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Large apartment being sold “as is”.
254 Claremont Avenue: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Eat-in kitchen, large closets in each bedroom. $379,000. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.
151 Park Avenue: 3 beds, 3 1/2 baths. Corner property with finished basement. Overlooks Verona Park. $625,000. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.
