open-doorWe hate to say it, but it’s probably a good things that there are no local teams in the playoffs today: There are too many Verona open houses to tour. This weekend’s Verona real estate listings include nine open houses, at prices from $345,000 to $699,000. There are also four new listings and two homes with lower prices.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

17 Sunnyside Place: 4 beds, 2 baths. Newly renovated, deck. $535,000. Open house Sunday 1 to 3 p.m.

68 South Prospect Street: 7 beds, 2 baths. Updated kitchen; new roof, gutters, windows. $699,000. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.
