Police Seek Information On Child Luring Suspect

Mtclr_Att_Luring_Suspect_01172017The Montclair Police Department has released the composite sketch above of a suspect in an attempted child luring incident that occurred in their township on Friday, January 13, near the Clifton boarder.

A second second attempted luring incident was reported to Montclair Police on Tuesday, January 17. The second incident occurred in the area of Claremont Avenue and Park Street. (There is no sketch for this incident.) While the two incidents have similarities, they have not been linked together.

This information has been circulated to Verona school staff and Verona crossing guards.
