There was little in the way of “irrational exuberance” in the Verona real estate market last year: Prices rose only about 1%. But the new year is beginning with some new adjustments to the price of five listings, with two of those listings getting a $25,000 cut. There are also three new listings and five open houses this weekend, including one property with both Saturday and Sunday showings.
