Verona Public Schools will hold kindergarten registration for the 2017-2018 school year from January 9 to 13, 2017. Parents whose children will be five years old before October 1, 2017 are urged to register new kindergarten students during this period. All newly registered kindergarten students will be included in Pre-Kindergarten preparations and Orientation Meetings planned at the individual schools in the Spring.
Enrollment packets will be available at each of the elementary schools between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. and can be downloaded from the school websites. Completed enrollment form, birth certificate and acceptable proof of residence (listed below) must be brought to the school no later than Friday, January 20.
Acceptable documents for proof of residency:
- Proof of domicile (one required from list): Current Lease or Deed or Property Tax Bill
- Proof of attachment to address (one from the list): Utility bill, telephone bill, cable bill, driver’s license, etc.
- Parent/Guardian ID (Driver’s License or Passport) as proof of identity
