Carrie Ford, a graduate of both Rutgers University and Rutgers Law School, has worked in both private practice and in corporate law for a human resources management software and services company. She and her wife Christina were the first same-sex couple to apply to be legally married in Verona, and they have two young children. Ford has advocated, pro bono, for victims of domestic violence.
