MyVeronaNJ-snowflakeThe Verona real estate market is still in a bit of a freeze this weekend, but not quite as much as last weekend. There’s still only one new listing, but intrepid sellers have three open houses for Sunday and there are two listings with lower prices.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

41 Hillside Avenue: 3 beds, 2 baths. Updated kitchen, baths. For sale by owner. $573,299. Open house Saturday 1 to 4 p.m.

14 Hillside Avenue: 4 beds, 4 baths. Updated throughout including new main sewer line. For sale by owner. $599,000. Open house Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.

PRICE CHANGES

47 Martin Road: 2 beds, 1 bath. Needs renovation. Possible third bedroom in attic. Cut another $30,000 to $114,900.

2 Old Farm Road: 4 beds, 3 baths. For sale by owner. Family room opens to patio. Cut $15,000 to $580,000.
