Every so often, the Verona real estate market takes a breather, and this pre-Thanksgiving weekend is one of those times. There are only two new listings and four open houses, and there have been no changes to the prices of active listings.

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:

48 Derwent Avenue: 4 beds, 2 baths. Expanded cape with updated kitchen.  $429,000. Open house Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.
101 Harrison Street: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Colonial with updated kitchen, main bath. New windows. $749,900. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.
