10:17 PM: Officer Giovanni DeSomma took a report of found property on Montrose Avenue. The owner of the property was contacted and responded to pick up her property.
October 24, 2016
12:04 AM: Officer Robert Juliano conducted a motor vehicle stop for an observed violation. Upon checking the operator’s credentials, an active warrant from the Orange Municipal Court was located. The operator, Guerlande Jeanphillippe of Orange, was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. After processing, Jeanphillippe posted bail and was released.
7:40 AM: Officer Brian McMahon conducted a motor vehicle stop after a random check of the license plate showed active warrants for the registered owner of the vehicle. Upon checking the operator’s credentials it was determined that he was the registered owner. Tyler Ove of Newark was placed under arrest for active warrants from the Montville and Bloomfield Municipal Courts. After processing, Ove posted bail and was released.
2:51 PM: Sgt. John Lecreux took a report of found credit card on Bloomfield Avenue. The property was returned to the bank.

10:49 AM: Officer Brian McMahon responded along with the Verona Rescue Squad to a report of a person who fell on Bloomfield Avenue. After treatment for a back injury, the victim was transported to Mountainside Hospital.

2:17 PM: Officer Brian McMahon conducted a motor vehicle stop after a random check of the license plate showed active warrants for the registered owner of the vehicle. Upon checking the operator’s credentials, it was determined that he was the registered owner. Andre Angerville of Orange was placed under arrest for active warrants from the West Orange and Cedar Grove Municipal Courts. After processing, Angerville was released with new court dates.

2:32 AM: Officer Alyssa Kirby took a report of a dispute that occurred between an Uber driver and several passengers. The driver reported that a dispute occurred when he advised a passenger that he could not smoke in the vehicle. The driver felt threatened by the passenger’s actions and stopped the vehicle. After he told the passengers that he was calling the police, they left the area. The driver advised that he would be reporting this incident to Uber.
9:30 PM: Officer Thomas Conroy took a report of a neighbor dispute on Linn Drive. The upstairs neighbor reported noise coming from the downstairs resident. The downstairs resident denied making any unusual noise. Both parties were advised of complain procedures.
