Verona resident and Tai Chi instructor Miriam Shankman will be offering tree Tai Chi classes at the Cedar Grove Public Library in November.
Shankman, who runs the Mir-Yam School of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Meditation, will hold classes on Wednesday, November 2; Thursday, November 10; Wednesday, November 16; and Wednesday, November 30, all at 10:30 a.m.
The Cedar Grove Library is located at 1 Municipal Plaza, just off Pompton Avenue behind Town Hall and the Cedar Grove Post Office.
