It’s the middle of the summer, which means that the temperatures in Verona are high and many of our fellow citizens are down the shore. But most of the Verona real estate market seems to be weathering the heat just fine. There are 10 new listings this weekend, from condos to large single-family homes and quite a few are move-in ready. There are an equal number of open houses, although one is for Saturday instead of the usual Sunday. A few listing prices have wilted, however: There are five properties with lower prices this weekend.
