In Montclair, there are 33 real estate listings right now for $1 million or more. In Verona that price point isn’t nearly as common: There are just four seven-figure homes among the active listings and a large piece of vacant land. Two of these million-dollar babies are new to the marketing this weekend, and the other two were only listed within the last few weeks.
Luckily, there are always many Verona real estate listings for far less than $1 million. That includes eight of the 10 new listings this weekend. There are also 10 of the 12 listings having open houses that are under $1 million.
