If you like your real estate in round numbers, you’re going to like the prospects for open houses in Verona this weekend. There are 10 open houses scheduled for Sunday, at prices from $170,000 (a condo) to $879,000 (large Colonial). And two of the open houses are for properties that have had a price adjustment this weekend, which may be an added bonus for your budget.
Speaking of adjustments, 11 Crestmont is back among the Verona real estate listings, with a new price. The 1920s mansion was listed in 2013 for $800,000 but it never sold. It’s now priced at $675,000 and the listing agent’s description calls it a “diamond in the rough”.
