VHSTennis2015The Verona High School Girls Tennis team will be running a Serve-A-Thon on Wednesday, October 29, to benefit Minette’s Angels. The team is asking for donations to help them raise money for this local foundation that supports breast cancer research.

Founded in 2004, Minette’s Angels is a non-profit breast cancer foundation based out of Verona. Among the services it provides are assistance to breast cancer patients, promoting breast health education, and annual scholarships to local students entering a healthcare field.

How to Donate:
1. You can either make a flat rate donation or make a donation based on the number of serves the player you are sponsoring is able to hit in. For example, you can give a one-time donation of $20 or make a donation of $1 for each serve the player you are sponsoring hits in. Each player will have 50 serves to get as many in as possible.
2. Please pay by cash or check made out to Minette’s Angels.
3. Please give donations to a member of the girl’s tennis team or to Coach Jonathan Thai or Coach Matthew Swajkowski at Verona High School.

The team thanks the community in advance for its generosity.
