Real Estate Under $400K

400kAh, those seductive real estate listings. They lead you through screen after screen of beautifully appointed homes–all out of your budget.

But in Verona, your house hunting budget will often stretch a bit further than in other markets, particularly this weekend. There are three new listings under $400,000 and five open houses under that price point. Better still, there three homes now under $400,000 because their listing price has been lowered in the past week. Across town, there are more than 40 listings at or under the $400k mark.
