In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dynamic Speed & Fitness is inviting the community to attend free boot camp classes on Saturday, October 17.
The hour-long classes will start on the hour from 9 a.m. to noon. There is a limit of 15 to 20 people per class, so you might want to call the personal training studio at (973) 239-6422 to confirm your spot.
While the boot camp classes are free, Dynamic Speed & Fitness will be collecting donations for Minette’s Angels, a non-profit breast cancer foundation based out of Verona.
Dynamic Speed & Fitness is located at 724 Bloomfield Avenue in Verona, near the corner of Fairview Avenue, where you should look for parking.
