There are lots of properties with lovely kitchens on the market in Verona this weekend. Large spaces that have been updated with the latest in cabinets, countertops and appliances. But if you want someplace that can really cook for a crowd, you might need to forego the bedrooms.  That’s because the diner once known as Lucy’s is back on the market.

It will cost you a little more now to buy the property, which sits at the entrance to Verona Park, than when it first came on the market. It was listed  in May 2014 at $369,000, but the parking lot was recently repaved and the listing is now $499,000. You can get more details here.

There are only two new residential listings in Verona real estate, but 12 open houses to tour this afternoon and three homes with lower prices. Here’s what’s happening, from lowest-priced to highest in each category:
