math-symbolWhen we started work on today’s column, it didn’t look as if there was much going on in Verona real estate this weekend. According to one of the major real estate Web sites there were just three new listings, which is a drop in the bucket compared to last weekend.

But looking at any one of the major real estate Web sites won’t give you a full picture of what’s happening in Verona. There are two different multiple listing services covering our area, and some agents only list on one, which leaves the major real estate sites incomplete as well. And you’d need to remember to check the for sale by owner listings, or you’d miss the once-little cape that isn’t so little any more.

Or you could just come to MyVeronaNJ.com, which checks them all.
