QueenVictoriaIf we asked for directions to 10 Overlook Park, that might cause some head-scratching, even for a native Veronan. It’s a Verona address tucked behind Afterglow Way, but the easiest way to reach it is through Montclair. Once you get there, you’ll find an enormous 1910 Victorian, with a stained glass window in one bathroom and a gargoyle guarding the front door. With several of Verona’s oldest homes recently demolished or under threat of demolition, it’s a joy to see a home that has been so lovingly preserved and celebrated. It’s the most expensive of the new listings this weekend, but we all have to dream, right?

Elsewhere, it’s another hot weekend in Verona real estate, with eight new listings, 15 open houses and four price changes. Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:
