Verona Resident Killed In Reservation Accident

MyVeronaNJ-Police-SlideVerona resident Susan Aloia Niler was killed this morning when a tree fell on her car as she was driving through South Mountain Reservation.

According to the Essex County Prosector’s Office, the accident occurred at about 6:35 a.m. on Brookside Drive in Millburn. Niler, who was alone in her vehicle, was transported to Morristown Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 7:40 a.m.
