Election 2015: Verona’s Biggest Challenge

ElectionSignCollageIn elections past, MyVeronaNJ.com has asked candidates to complete an election profile by answering several questions. This year, we simplified things by asking just two: What is the biggest challenge facing Verona and if elected, how would you handle that challenge?

The candidates in the Tuesday, May 12 election are incumbents Michael Nochimson and Frank Sapienza, and challengers Alex Roman and Rich Williamson. We are presenting, in alphabetical order, their answers to the two questions on the pages that follow. You can also watch their answer to a very similar question posed at the April 27 forum that MyVeronaNJ.com co-sponsored with The Verona Observer:

  1. Whatever happened to the internal investigation regarding the Verona Police IT Dept. issues? The matter seemed very serious, but I see no follow up or update on progress of the investigation?
