In March, students from H.B. Whitehorne Middle School participated in a regional competition for New Jersey History Day. The HBW students had 20 entries and 11 of the projects advanced to the state competition on May 2, including this movie on 19th century women’s rights activist Susan B. Anthony by seventh graders Ashley Baumgard, Tess Lucanie and Annie Johnson. The students showed their work off at the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday and we thought our readers would like to see it too.
