For months, there has been a shortage of inventory in the Verona real estate market. We’re not ready to call the shortage over, but there are certainly more properties to see this weekend than there have been in a very, very long time.  The 13 new listings include five condominium apartments, an attached townhouse and seven freestanding single-family homes, at prices from $139,000 to $739,000. And most are move-in ready.

Some of these new listings have open houses on Sunday, and they will be joined by a large number of other properties. Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:
