Sunday, March 29: Palm Sunday. Join us at 9:30 a.m. to commemorate the triumphal entry into Jerusalem and the Passion.

Maundy Thursday, April 2 at 7:30 p.m.: A moving service during which we recall the time when Jesus shared a meal with the disciples for the last time, washed their feet, and then went into the garden to pray.

As is our tradition, immediately after the Maundy Thursday service, we begin an overnight vigil in the Chapel. During this vigil, we “keep watch,” just as Jesus asked his disciples to do after his final supper with them. Members of the congregation volunteer to stay for an hour during the night in the chapel. It’s a quiet time, a time to reflect, to pray, to remember the sacrifice that Jesus was about to endure. If you are interested in signing up for an hour, there will be a sign-up sheet in the Fellowship Room on Sunday.

Good Friday, April 3: At 10 a.m., we offer a stations of the cross for children, a hands-on experience during which they feel the crown of thorns, taste the vinegar, and carry the cross. This services brings this solemn day to life and ends with Holy Communion from the reserved Sacrament in the Chapel. At 5 p.m., you may attend a service with Communion from the reserved Sacrament. The chapel will be open through out the day for quiet contemplation.

Easter Sunday, April 5: Alleluia! He is Risen! Join us in JOY as we celebrate the Resurrection of Our Lord! We begin with the children locating the Alleluia banner and joining in the procession. Immediately following worship, we’ll have our traditional EASTER EGG HUNT!

The Sunday After Easter: It’s time to flower the cross! Bring in flowers from the store or (if we ever don’t have snow) your garden to help make a barren cross come to life!
