MyVeronaNJ-College-BooksVerona resident Allison Wright will be one of the speakers at “College Planning 101”, a free workshop next week in Montclair.

The two-hour session on Wednesday, March 25, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., will cover everything from financing college to organizing and managing the college research and application process. Wright, a long-time human resources executive for major U.S. corporations who now runs a full-service college planning firm, will cover the ins and outs of the college process.

“College Planning 101” will take place at the C3 Workplace, 23 Park Street #2000, in Montclair. The session is free, but the organizers would like you to RSVP by March 23 if you plan on attending. Send an email to Wright at [email protected] or call 917-783-7900. There is metered parking in the nearby municipal lot or on the street.

  1. To all those that didn’t get the opportunity to attend this free workshop, don’t miss the next one!!! It was very informative and they answered a lot of questions that we had about the WHOLE process. I think this would be a great program for the sca to offer to parents that have children going into high school. Allison and the others on the panel are genuinely very dedicated to the whole process and really want you and your children to succeed! Virginia thanks for posting this event!
