The Verona-Glen Ridge junior varsity hockey team won their Conference Championship game at Clary Arena on February 24, against Nutley. The final score in a back and forth, edge of your seat game was 3-2 with goals by Sean Decandia, Steven Topping and game winner by Anton Martino. Lucky for VGR hockey, all these players are coming back next season.
