The Verona High School girls softball team is kicking off its 2015 season with a fund-raising event that will benefit the team and its supporters–a gold, silver and platinum sell-off.
The Hillbilly diamond girls will receive 7% of the proceeds when supporters sell their old gold, silver and platinum to Walter Bauman Jewelers, 653 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange, from Thursday, March 19 through Saturday, March 21.
To help boost the girls’ fundraising total, Walter Bauman Jewelers will add 20% to the value of all purchases, making the event a win-win for the softball team and their supporters. Sellers must mention Verona High School softball to benefit the team and get their 20% bonus.
