Come meet the author of Lucinda’s Magical Yoga Adventure on Saturday, February 28 at 11 a.m. at the Verona Public Library.
Local author and Verona resident Betty Larrea will be doing a 30-minute interactive yoga book reading and demonstration followed by a book signing at the Verona Public Library.
Children will go on a magical yoga adventure with Lucinda, as they pretend to “be” the animals and characters they meet in the story. All they need is a little imagination to discover their connection to themselves, their bodies and the world around them. Author Betty Larrea, a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor, will read the book and guide children through the yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises.
This event is for children ages 2 through 9 and their families. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and will be signed by the author after the yoga book reading. For more information, contact the Verona Public Library: 973-857-4848.
