Obits2014In 2014, we lost more than 60 people with ties to Verona. Many of those listed below were still living in town at the time of their death, often after decades of residence. A few had moved to other parts of the world, but their families and friends had asked that they be remembered as Veronans.

    thank you for the beautiful tribute to all of those that we lost this year, It was a very tough year for my family. thank you for honoring my brother-in-law: Erik Shimonaski and my Father; Geza Liska, both of which we will greatly miss. to all, we can only move on and keep their memories and reflect on the good times we had with them. thank you again for Virginia for all of your wonderful articles and reporting . Hope everyone has a happier new year.
