On Sunday December 7, Verona Police PBA Local 72 held their sixth annual Christmas Tree Drive. Members loaded Christmas trees onto a few pickup trucks and delivered them to area families.
“This is the sixth year for the drive and it’s a great success. Each year we come out and try to make it a little easier for a few families who need it the most,” said Anthony Condorelli, union president of Local 72.
All the Christmas trees and stands were purchased from Hillcrest Farms in Verona.
