fixer-upper
Last week, the headline in Verona real estate was the listing of a seven-bedroom home. This weekend, the new listings are far smaller in size, and so are their prices: All three, including a single-family home, are under $200,000. And yes, a home at that price point in Verona means that it is a total fixer-upper. (At the other end of the spectrum, there’s a Claridge penthouse that has had a price cut almost as large as the asking price of the new listings.)

If you want a big story, you’ll need to focus on the open houses. There are eight of them, but your stops at them will be made slightly easier by the fact that there are two open houses each on Beechwood Road and Fairway Avenue, which are both streets on the Forest side of Verona. The house at 83 Fairway Avenue by the way has had another change to its price.
