Stars-LibraryCalling all Stargazers: The Verona Public Library is out of this world to announce that the North Jersey Astronomical Group is coming back for the library’s Family Fun Night, Thursday, October 16, at 6:30 p.m.

There will be a slide show and interactive lecture, as well as a hands-on presentation of meteorite samples, and a very exciting telescope observation!

What better way to spend time with your family, learning, sipping of a FREE cup of hot cocoa, and having fun gazing up at the night’s sky. This free event is proudly brought to you by the Friends of the Verona Public Library.

Each academic year, the Verona School District identifies two “family nights.” On Family Night, no homework is given and sports and club activities are not held to encourage family bonding time.

Family Fun Night at the Library is free and registration is not required. For questions, feel free to email [email protected].
