Ohlweiler To Perform In ‘Company’

company poster-croppedKevin Ohlweiler, a 2010 graduate of Verona High School, has a key role in the Stephen Sondheim musical comedy Company, which is playing in West Orange next week.

The show runs Thursday, July 17 to Saturday, July 19 at 8 p.m., and Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20 at 2 p.m. at Luna Stage in West Orange. Tickets are $20 per person and they can be purchased over the phone at 212-868-4444 or online. The show is being staged by Pleasant Valley Productions, a West Orange theater troupe. Luna Stage is located at 555 Valley Road in West Orange.

Company had its Broadway premiere in 1970. It is about a single man named Bobby who can’t commit to a steady relationship, the couples who are his friends, and his three girlfriends. Ohlweiler (below, back row, third from left) plays the role of Paul, the fiancé of one of Bobby’s friends.
