OpenHouse2.jpgPut on your walking shoes and get out the map: There are eight open houses in Verona real estate this weekend, and two of them are new listings.  And the open houses are split evenly between houses under $500,000 and houses above that price point.

But there’s one house you won’t see  on the market this weekend. It was snatched up within minutes of being listed, thanks to an all-cash offer for the full asking price. Yup, we’re getting back to that kind of real estate market in Verona again.

Here’s what’s happening in new listings and open houses, from lowest priced to highest. There are no homes with price changes this weekend.
