Tickets Remain For Mayor’s Charity Ball

Mayors-Charity-CollageThere are a handful of tickets left for the 2014 Verona Mayor’s Charity Ball, but if you want to go you’ll have to act fast: The event is this coming Saturday, May 3, at the Richfield Regency.

The event was created to celebrate individuals and groups for their contributions to the Verona community and raise funds for local charities and activities. This year’s honorees include athletes, businesspeople and civic leaders:

  • The Verona Foundation for Educational Excellence (VFEE)
  • The Junior Woman’s Club of Verona
  • The Verona Lions Club
  • Verona UNICO
  • D. Bruce Williams (Posthumously)
  • Robert Detore
  • Benjamin Blinder
  • Mary Cooksey Wilks
  • Bagelwich
  • Dino’s Verona Barber Shop
  • Miele’s Restaurant
  • Prout Funeral Home
  • Trend Boutique

Tickets to the 2014 Verona Mayor’s Charity Ball are $135 per person. The evening begins with cocktails at 6 p.m. and dinner starts at 7 p.m. If you would like to attend the Mayor’s Charity Ball, please send an email to [email protected].
