The snow is gone (for the moment) and the listings are coming back. There are an astonishing 14 new listings across Verona real estate this weekend for both condos and single family homes, and a dizzying array of 11 open houses.

And one more thing that we haven’t seen in Verona for a while: Five listings with lower prices. Guess the improving market got a bit ahead of itself.
