For the fist time in Verona Suburban basketball history, a team has finished the regular season 12-0. The season ended on February 18 with a 28-16 win over second place Nutley.
The young ladies host West Caldwell in the playoff semi-final on Friday, February 20 at the Verona Community Center at 7 p.m. If Verona wins, they will also host the championship game on Saturday March 1. The team hopes everyone will come out to support the very bright future of Verona girls basketball.
