24 Sunset Avenue: 4 beds, 3 1/2 baths. Sidehall colonial in the Afterglow section with deck and $675,000.

Price Changes

47 Green Acres Drive: 1 bed, 1 bath condo. First-floor unit. Cut $10,000 to $150,000.
4 Brookside Terrace: 3 beds, 2 baths. Open plan cape, newer bathrooms. Price cut $10,000 to $399,000. Open house Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m.
